Trezor advierte a los compradores de CryptoBilis que transfieran sus fondos debido a un informe de implante sospechoso

Hardware wallet provider Trezor issued an urgent security warning advising customers who purchased devices through the authorized reseller CryptoBilis since March to relocate their funds. The alert was triggered by a report indicating a potential malicious hardware implant discovered on a device originating from that specific vendor. Compromised supply chains present severe risks to self-custodianship, as physical modifications can bypass standard firmware security checks. Users are instructed to generate new seed phrases on verified hardware and transfer assets immediately to mitigate potential theft. Security experts continue to stress the importance of purchasing cold storage solutions exclusively from direct manufacturers. Such incidents undermine confidence in hardware-based security models if intermediary vendors fail to maintain strict tamper-proof protocols.
