डिस्कॉर्ड गूगल पर बड़े सार्वजनिक सर्वर चैट को खोजें: कैसे opt out करें

Popular messaging platform Discord is rolling out a feature that indexes public server conversations, making them discoverable via Google search. While this change aims to increase the visibility of niche communities and help new users find relevant discussions, it introduces unexpected privacy implications. Many long-time platform users are expressing concern that casual remarks or personal statements made in large public servers could be permanently archived and scrutinized publicly. To address these privacy concerns, Discord is providing clear instructions on how server administrators and individual users can opt out of web indexing. The shift marks a strategic evolution for the company as it attempts to transition from a closed gaming chat app into a broader discovery network. Market observers note this move could increase user acquisition but may alienate privacy-conscious demographics who valued the platform's relative obscurity.
