NEAR token sinks 7% as proposal to cut annual token issuance passes

The NEAR token has sunk 7% after a proposal to cut annual token issuance passed, which would prevent 11.8 million NEAR from entering circulation over two years. The proposal is aimed at reducing the supply of NEAR tokens and potentially increasing their value. The decrease in token issuance could impact the price of NEAR and the overall health of the network.
