Asset manager Franklin Templeton has successfully registered two new Nasdaq-listed funds designed to bridge traditional equities and digital assets. These ETFs will utilize a strategy where dividends from U.S. stocks are automatically used to purchase Bitcoin. The fund structure maintains a heavy tilt toward traditional markets with a 95% allocation to stocks and 5% to Bitcoin. This move represents a significant step in institutionalizing Bitcoin through dividend-reinvestment products. Such products provide a unique way for equity investors to gain indirect exposure to the crypto market.
